Construction Features

Ventilation efficiency is greatly increased while operational costs to operate are reduced by upwards of 60%.  This is achieved by the virtually airtight envelope that the VSP forms once the Helix-reinforced concrete is poured into the wall cavity.  Heat, cooling, and humidity are all fully controllable from inside the constructed unit.  Far smaller heating and cooling units are required, and their life cycle is greatly enhanced as there is far less cycling on and off for both the heating and cooling components.

 

Sustainability

Our extruded rail assemblies are made from recycled reground PVC and all panels for each job are cut to order to virtually eliminate materials waste. Our foam panels are made from 2 and 3 pound High Density EPS to ensure structural integrity while increasing the insulate R value to R40. Additionally, all wall assembly components can be fully recycled, further lowering your development’s environmental impact.

Pricing

In addition to the significant cost savings derived from cutting months off the construction schedule are significant, especially when coupled with the Insu-Built product cost-savings. This allows for the durability of concrete to be offered, with a cost that is price competitive with conventional wood construction.
